30. Judge Disanto is a judge I struggle with deciding whether I like or not. She seems overwhelmed and exhausted constantly. Her voice is difficult to listen to, HOWEVER, I think it's because I think she is too light in her incarceration sentences. For a lot of individuals, it doesn't help as a deterrent…But, as a law-abiding citizen who avoids at all cost putting others lives in danger, it sure makes me feel better. When you start having a lot of marks on your criminal history it will show up when employers do a background check…it can all catch up with you, so maybe that's the REAL deterrent in life.

I don’t know…went to Miami and came home and tested positive for coc*ine… sounds fishy.. he seemed to give a ton of context without actually answering simple questions, I can understand being nervous but it sounded a whole lot like excuses and poor me’s. (Addict here, 5 years sober, I’ve lived it and heard almost everything)
