Young Thug’s lawyer Keith Adams has cross-examined all witnesses who’ve testified about a May 2016 carjacking by accused YSL gang member Christian Eppinger. The carjacking is over act 61 of 191 in the racketeering conspiracy indictment.

That includes the two police officers ( & and an eyewitness (

Today, he crossed the victim, briefly. He didn’t have much to do. The defense is NOT that this carjacking didn’t happen. It’s that there’s no tie to Young Thug or his five co-defendants, Shannon Stillwell, Marquavius Huey, Rodalius Ryan, Quamarvious Nichols and Deamonte “Yak Gotti” Kendrick.

00:30 “This was a pretty terrifying incident that occurred on that day.”

01:55 “He puts the gun to you, correct?”

03:00 “You are, I would assume, someone who is attentive to detail.”

04:04: “Jeffery Williams was not at your car holding a gun to you on the day that this occurred?”

04:58 Careton Matthews Sr., attorney for Marquavius Huey, up for cross.

05:22 No one in courtroom involved…

06:10 Re-direct from Deputy District Attorney Christian Aldrich. He says four men were involved in the robbery, implying that someone in the courtroom could have been one of them. Even though that’s not the charge.

  1. Agre its definitely not a rico worthy organized gang. Rico were meant for mobs that were organized. And lets say it was what the prosecution says why isnt any of the victims in protected custody as they did for the real mob families. Theyre not helping anyone.

  2. The DA is just throwing any and everything on the wall hoping for something to stick. This continues to prove the DA's case isn't a RICO ACT CASE. RICO is missing in action. People this should open your eyes to how the DA and Court system works against you. Just think if you are myself didn't money to hire a good legal team, the justice system would drags us alone for a plea deal or illegally comvict us. We wouldn't have anyone to file appeals for us. We would just become another number.

  3. They really trying to say Thug was the boss and these guys were taking orders from him to commit crimes and sending them gifts. 😂 I'm from Philly. I mean I don't know what goes on in atlanta but this wasn't no organized crime. These guys had a party house and were tight, but they did they own thing. For whatever to their own, and maybe some out of loyalty but it wasn't no gang like they trying to say. It's a waste of money. And the prosecution os going to be embarrassed.
I mean in Philly if you want to walk around with 15k gold chains in the hood you gonna get what you asking for if you ain't respected. And the little thugs gonna get neat down by the old heads for stepping out of line. Atlanta is wild and flashy. Not organized in the least bit.

  4. D.A got her. When he asked did she advocate for a lesser sentence. And she said Yes. It's a COMMON SENSE COURT rather you know it or not

  5. I feel bad for the yellow with the braids you could tell he had nothing to do with it he just don't want to say nothing I feel so bad 😭😢

  6. Concise and respectful cross. I don't know but I think unless the State gets some evidence and witnesses that actually create links of the criminal activities that they cite to Jeffery I think they're actually digging themselves a hole.
