A succinct appraisal was done to determine the strength of congruence (relationship) between attained-higher schooling and politicians' ideal-real understanding of civic concerns along the mundane-vital arc of socioeconomic states of affair in the Jamaican citizenry.
   Results arising from a theoretical appraisal showed (a) congruence (correlation) in 99.60% magnitude¹ between schooling (14 to 18+ years) and political (civic-stewardship) enlightenment among the membership of the Jamaican Parliament. Indifference (parity) was assessed at a 64.91% magnitude² in deliberative and decisional ethos between partisan cohorts of the Jamaica Labor Party (JLP) and the People's National Party (PNP). Further, fusion application of schooling- enlightenment congruence (99.60%) and cohort deliberative-decisional indifference (64.91%) showed that the two-party configuration–with 63 parliamentary members (49 JLP and 14 PNP)–of civic stewardship is 99.86% complementary.³ The assessed indices of congruence (correlation), indifference (parity), and complement (amenable tradeoffs) denote the idea that the body politics, considered as a social aggregate, is not entirely frayed in structure, scope, and stewardship. Remediation of any shortfalls in proficiency of policy provisions can occur through prudent deliberations and pragmatic decision-making with good-public stewardship as a ruling principle.

    I have come to realize that most if not ALL youtubers, are either lost in slavery or agents of the corrupt system one way or another. I don't see nor hear NONE of these youtubers encouraging people to form a new political movement, grow this political movement, nurture it, support it, etc.

    Jamaica NEEDS a new direction, new governance, people of Integrety, etc. Jamaica has a third officially registered political party by the name of UIC (United Independents' Congress). Jamaica Young Police, why don't you do a proper and thorough research about the UIC, see what UIC is about and present such information to your viewers/subscribers?

    Jamaica Young Police, you and your coworkers in this industry (youtubers), can fool/trick many people but not all the people. A man such as I see right through you and many others. It is only because far too many of us as Jamaicans are lost at sea/easily brainwashed.

    Most if not every Jamaicans, even the baby on the breasts, know that the JLP and PNP organizations are TWO criminal organizations that mean us no good.
