10. Being vague is not helping anything here. I don't have a case to look at to verify what you're saying, so it's easy to write this off as apocryphal rumors. One, because any local law enforcement shouldn't follow through on such a request.

11. If California can enforce their law on other states and their citizens, does that mean Texas can enforce their laws on California and their citizens? Maybe some of their stuff on illegal immigration? Maybe deport a few million illegals? Maybe outlaw their precious sanctuary cities?

14. As a californian resident, I just dont understand how our gun laws can exist, while the 2nd amendment is present. California is a disgrace towards the 2nd amendment and nothing ever changes.

24. In the long run this might end up being a good thing. In the 9th Circuit the Constitution might as well not exist, but Texas isn't part of the 9th Circuit. So taking this law to a Texas court would be a lot faster than in CA.
