Not sure if this kid ever pressed charges against these 2 cops, but he certainly gave them and ear-full! How are you a cop and haven't heard of the "you bastard!" and "fuck the draft" cases of the Supreme Court. The cop is dead wrong about the legality. The kid is absolutely a jackass and a little shit – but that's his First Amendment right. If you want that kind of protection taken away from him, you deceive yourself about how equal and worse violations could happen against you. It's critical to stand for the rights of those with whom you disagree.
