After i watched this video about Philippine Criminal Justice System I learned that each pillar in justice system has its own functions or role to make our justice be more effective in our country, and na realized ko din po na ang dami papong pag daraanan ng mga offender bago sila mahatulan na guilty or hindi sa kanilang kaso na kinakarap and ive also learned po that in out justice system meron tayong step step by procedure para ipatupad ang ating mga batas upang mabigyan natin ng maayos at tamang serbisyo ang ating mga offender.

  6. In this video i have learned that the philippines criminal justice system is compoted of five parts

  8. I learn this topic that
The Philippine criminal justice system is composed of five parts or pillars, namely, law enforcement, prosecution, judiciary, penology, and the community. The lawenforcement consists of the officers and men of the PhilippineNational Police (PNP), the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), and other agencies.

  11. What I learned in this video is that crime can be prevented, as long as it can be avoided because all criminals have a substitute punishment that can be incarcerated. and I also learned the 5 pillars of the Criminal Justice System in the Philippines that enforce law, prosecution, court and community. They enforce the law and they also punish bad people.

  12. In this lesson I learned that the law is the system of regulations to govern and control all the people in the community, it is also know as the method of social control. The law are existing to control and maintain the piece and order of the government. If there is no law, there is no crime to commit. Mayroon tayong tatlong legality classification ng crime, ayon sa batas violated these are the felony that violates the revised penal code, offense which violates special penal code, and the last is the violation in municipal ordinance. Ang parusa ng mga krimen na to ay dipende sa kasalanang kanilang ginawa.

I Learned that If we answer the question what come first? Law or Crime? if we answers this by the theory of Logomacy it says how we can say that is crime the one act if their not break a law that can prove this act is a crime. If I answer this as philosophical question for me comes first is the Crime. So I said this because I believe in the past the laws were not invented. Because of the ancestors believed that what you do to your neighbor, he or she will do it too to you. According to The Bible, Abel was the world's first murder victim, killed at the hands of his brother Cain. Cain sentence was no longer able to farm the land. Cain is punished as a "fugitive and wanderer". So I believe that people's make a laws for the liability and responsibility of the sinner immediately for his or her wrong done.

  14. I learned the basic function and the process of the system and the five pillar system

  15. What I have learned on this topic that has been discussed. I learned what is the correct punishment for the offender proper way on how to handle a crime.
Know the main objective of a crime, positive or negative result of the offender and the victim.

  16. I learned that In Philippine Criminal Justice System, NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW. If you violated the law there is no exemption when it comes to justice, even if you are an artist or the son of mayor, etc.,The Justice will be given equally right away. There are two things involved to this process, the offender and the victim. The offender is the Principal Character in Criminal Justice System. The victim that is neglected one in Criminal Justice System. After i watched this video I can't say that Justice System is unfair, because the offenders didn't fall within same classifications.

  17. What I have learned is that the law is very important in controlling all the people in the community, society because it is the way to reduce the crime of what people do and I show here how important it is for a community and to be given also the proper punishment of those who committed crimes and made the law for the good of many and for the obedience of all people in a community

  18. In this video, I learned about the law which is comes first because there is no crime where there is no law punishing it or "Nullum Crimen Nulla Poena Sine Lege". Also law is the system of regulations to govern and control the conduct of the people of a community, society, or nation also called as social control. Law was introduced by the government for us to follow and there also have two (2) types of crime which is Omission and Commission. When we say Omission, it is done by unintentionally or failed to obey and Commission is done by intentionally.
