    La Chancla story: While I hardly make it a habit of going into stores wearing shirts of a similar color to a store's uniform, I do happen to own a few blue and red shirts. I will be polite right up until someone starts being an a$$, then ALL bets are off. And you don't even want to try to get physical.

    Box of diamonds story: Nope, don't believe for a moment that this guy was a diamond currier, but I bet he sold that story to the girl. And going to a COSTUME SHOP for a wedding outfit? Given the general DANGERS associated with diamond curriers, he wasn't very well paid for his job. Not to mention you don't tell people what you're carrying in that position. Locks can be broken.

    Wall vs driveway story: I'm surprised it ended so well. I was expecting you to have to go to court and the price tag could have set it above small claims limits. That or you could have made a claim on your homeowner's insurance and let the insurance company go after them, a much scarier proposition. Insurance companies can be ruthless.
