At the Valedictory Ceremony of CLEA-Commonwealth Attorneys & Solicitors General Conference (CAGSC-24), Home Minister Amit Shah on February 04 said that justice cannot be served in the 21st century with laws of 19th. Hinting changes in the Judiciary System, HM Shah said that India’s criminal justice system will become the most modern criminal justice system in the world.
“The way the scenario is changing today, I believe that the judiciary will also have to change. In view of the cross-border challenges, the use of technology will have to be adopted in the entire process of justice. We cannot deliver justice in the 21st century with the laws of the 19th century. Now these three laws which were mentioned by the Solicitor General and the Law Minister, I would like to say that after the complete implementation of these three laws, India’s criminal justice system will become the most modern criminal justice system in the world…” said HM Shah.

  1. Not many citizens realize that A LOT OF DAMAGE is done due to the super-inefficient and super-corrupt outdated judicial system of India. This is almost like a national emergency and cancerous to India's growth.

  2. Bharat aur battameej police Wale aur sarkari Babuo adhikariyo ka bhi ilaj kariye…ye log sarkari gunde se kam nahi hai

  3. Need more courts maybe a court for 10 – 15 villages combined. There are too many cases are pending, one simple case can take years when it comes to first hearing.

  4. Jitna laws bana lo jab tak maximum log corrupt judiciary and police system he (u can't convict a judge in most of the cases) tab tak kuch bhi kaam me nehi aayega 🎉

  5. Give freedom to police, CBI, Ed,IT and ECI. That will be more modern justice system than what you are doing now worst than North korea.

  6. BRIBERY…..QUID PRO QUO…..I will release you and you have to do so and so for me….Until and Unless SELFISH people getting into the system are weeded out , its impossible to cleanup the system..There are people who COVERTLY get into the system thru political affliations and become a decision making member of ones life is dangerous..There are many people who covertly got into the system and these kind of people shall be weeded out…..NOTE ..There is realtime example few years ago where a person who entered into the system covertly 20 years ago using political affliations is able to become HEAD OF HIGHEST DECISION MAKING CONSTITUTIONAL BODY ..IT Had happened in INDIA…..IDENTIFY…These coverts and WEED out from the system..INTRODUCE….IJS for Judiciary selections as similarly to UPSC selection process of IAS, IPS officers only then onwards we may see some positive change in the systems…..
