6. Damn this old lady is trying to mislead the Jerome's, and trying to mislead the court. She's trying to get paid for two jobs instead of one. She wants her cake and wants to eat it also. Who knows what she has done, in which the Jerome's are not aware of. Ms. Toupe is pretty much the pipe bomb that's going to destroy the Jerome's case. I don't blame the Cassidy's for moving because that old pitbull (KAREN) Ms. Toupe has completely gone crazy. I can honestly say that she probably has been harassing the Jerome's tenant's. I sure as hell would move, and I think that the Cassidy's giving like 2 months notice for the Jerome's to find new tenants is sufficient. Hopefully they are able to find a company other than Ms. Toupe that can provide them with a way to manage the lease, as well as, hopefully a company that will have a good standing relationship with someone who can provide maintenance and repairs on the Jerome's property if they lease it to someone else. BASICALLY MS. TOUPE needs to be cut out of the equation. If Ms. Toupe has done all of what is alleged then she should be held accountable for her actions, and if the Jerome's knew about her actions they also should be held accountable for allowing Ms. Toupe to do said allegations. The only thing is if the Jerome's did not know of Ms. Toupe's actions then they need to also go after her in court for her misconduct, along with the Cassidy's who already have drug her into the case. Me thinks it's time for Ms. Toupe to face some sanctions and some penalties, as well as a nice retirement party!

13. She must be a nightmare as a property manager. If she's as good at that role as she is as a lawyer, she should be fired. She's trying to control everything. Just because she knows everything that went on with the lease and the mediation, it doesn’t give her the legal footing to be so involved in this case. She should be a witness. Period. She cannot bring herself to relinquish control.

29. This lawyer needs to be disbarred at this point. Utterly ignoring judge rulings, constantly interrupting others, MASSIVE conflict of interest that she tried to get the court to ignore from the very beginning. There's no excuse for this behavior.
