   The fact that they are like we didn't want to cause issues for the wife so we only are going after the husband and if you tell him to pay and he still doesn't pay then we will refile everything and include her. This is so dumb. Judge should have shut it down immediately and told her to sort it out before coming back.

32. Her way of doing things sounds like a way to double dip. First you Go after him, get a judgment for X amount. Whether he pays or not, you go after her for the same amount. Then you have two separate orders for the same amount instead of a single joint & several order to be split.

    If you can slip it past, you make double the cash

41. I have no doubt that this lady is a practicing attorney in some field, but this is not her field because she has no idea what she’s doing

42. I think this lawyer might have been something even worse than pro se because (1) she's a lawyer and knows more potential bad moves than any non-lawyer pro se could ever conceive of and (2) a client is actually PAYING her for this representation.

    That's right — this client might actually have done better, or at least no worse, going pro se.
