You have no duty as a citizen or legal obligation to answer an officers questions or any unlawful requests given to you by said officer… the officer citing his reason for harassing this man being a lack of cooperation is completely unconstitutional and a completely unlawful request… he has quite literally no reasonable suspicion that this man has committed a crime and harassing him because he chose to exercise his rights rather than mindlessly lick the cops boots is completely bull shit..

Man last time I got pulled over was the first time in probably 13 yrs. Texas Trooper. He was cool as ever because I was speeding, expired sticker, no ID or insurance paper (valid coverage). Car was covered in dirt and dusty, clearly he could have pressed the issue. He just took my word for it after I told him I was going home from doing a maintenance check (which was true) on my car. No attitude. No nothing. He just ran my name and gave me a warning. That was it. It’s plenty of cops too ate up to even get that far.
Cop sounds like a kid trying to explain to Mommy why she should let him stay up late .😂
