Where's the cross exam where he admits he Never radioed dispatch, reported to ER personnel or wrote down, or amended, the EMS patient care report that the patient was hit? Wouldn't EMS have radioed or informed ER nurses or drs "we have a man hit by a SUV", etc? Sheesh.

17. Isn’t it true one of the ladies there said “ did you hit him”? And she was confused and bewildered asking “ I hit him” ?“ I hit him”? Like she was questioning the person. That’s what her attorney was suggesting the other day on the courthouse steps
