Hello I'm hoping you or your viewers can help my mom has some mental issues but not super bad but she and the neighbors started bumping heads and she got a restraining order on my mom cause she yelled at my mom and recorded my mom yelling back and she got a 10 ft restraining order and she calls the cops and has gotten my mother arrested for leaving the house by standing within 10 feet of our door after the first time I told my mom the cops need an arrest warrant or search warrant to come in the house and the reason the city didn't prosecute here is she was on our property she didn't want the cops to be mad so this happened a second time and she let them in they arrested her again and this time it was a week day so she got out of jail that day my mom tried getting a tro on the neighbor but according to her (I wasnt there) the judge only heard the neighbors side and though my mom has tapes of the neighbor yelling and taunting her he didn't let my mom speak and my mom said the neighbor talked to the judge before the case without her (once again wasnt there) and now the neighbor seems to be trying to make the restrain order longer and trying to get my mom to pay around 400 for things like cameras process servers and a projector I noticed that neighbor tried doing this getting her arrested around the court dates I think its to keep my mom from showing up anyway I dont know what to do or what to tell her aside from dont go out to the cops and dont let them in unless theres a warrant
