9. The constitution protect them for any action. They should perform their job unbiased as per the oath they have taken. Again, Governors must be elected and appointed by SC and not by counsel of minister and this prevents politicians are promoted as governor.

20. The biggest problem in this country's executive and judiciary is the lack of accountability for high-ranking individuals. They are not punished even if they are found making unconstitutional and illegal decisions. Once we start holding these high-ranking officials accountable and punishing them for violating the law, many things may change. People in higher ranks simply abuse their authority and power to dishonor people's rights and mandate, and there is no action taken against them. A few strict actions against such high-ranking individuals will send a strong message to those who are even considering it. They will think twice before taking such a malicious act.
