1. What if you transpose the word BLACK for the word Humza used ie WHITE, would the police be arresting him or anyone else? I think Humza should be reported for this and investigated to at least have that on HIS police records.

10. This change in law could have serious consequences for anyone who has a non Crime incident recorded against them. For certain occupations an employer requires a full DBS check which means that any contact with the Police regardless of whether criminal charges were made, will be disclosed to the employer. This could result in the applicant being rejected. I’m a retired nurse and I’ve had so many DBS (CRB in my day) checks. If I said something that was deemed to be insulting and it was recorded as a non crime incident, I would be struck off.

12. It's not protecting these "protected groups", it's giving them a weapon to use for vexatious complaints. A weapon that can't be used against them, and can't be defended against, and can be weilded anonymously with wild abandon. This will be disastrous.

This law also notably excludes women so they are not a protected group, even though they comprise 50% of the population or more. It's all very well saying there's a misogyny law planned – why isn't this already on the statute book?!
