  1. People say there "are too many lawyers"; that's true -however, a great lawyer is as rare as an albino rhino.

  2. I think high schoolers should be required to take a basic law class. It would help kids with logical thinking skills, creative problem solving, and additionally inform them what happens when you break laws 🤣 but also knowing the basics of legal documents is an essential skill for everyday life. They would also get an idea of a career in law is truly something to think of for the future. I have met countless attorneys who didn’t know they would hate it until law school started.. then there was no backing out. It would certainly be more useful than taking pre calc.

  3. Dear colleagues!

Our evidence must meet the criteria: Admissibility, Reliability and Relevance to the case.

  4. well done sir, thank you for the insight into how lawyers think I'm joining my law school next summer and your presentation is helpful moreso on the point of challenging facts, conclusion and putting up a spirited defense. Wonderful presentation.

  5. I'm in my first year in law school but this is random; is it normal for law students to not take jokes or sarcasm lightly? Haha.

  6. What needs to happen, how do I misuse language to disprove proof therefore ensuing ease, when did the issue happen and how do you know that's an issue. In a nutshell that's been my mental reality for as long as I can remember. Guess I'm naturally litigious. Maybe that's why I'm self studying to pass the bar…. maybe….

  7. If a lawyer can create 'doubts' in the jury's minds and get
relief for his client, he done his job. Thank you Counselor

  8. How is the African race black if their skin is brown I'm not trying to be racist but it's the truth

  9. I think the primary lesson they teach in law school is how to manipulate. Law students can all agree on how professors manipulate students. Makes it very easy to lie later on.
