  1. Almost $30000 for a simple domestic issue with zero violence just allegations and drama a terrorist threat charge that the deputy.coached her in to saying so he could arrest me then an EPO off that manufactured charge kisked.out.if my home I went back with only 2 days left and I get a burglary of a habitation charge on my own home and a EpO violation. WHAT A RACKET .There has to be a special place in hell for district attorneys . They purposely over charge and let law enforcement escalate. Bunch of legal parasites ..

  2. I do not like how an attorney tells me it's going to cost $8k dollars and they want payment up front ,then they will look into the case after they receive payment, then during the conversation they hint about a plea deal ,which I do not want to do.

  3. wrongfully arrested I chose a guy out of yellow pages–I was in a panic. Did I MAKE a bad choice! I hired a divorce lawyer

  4. What if a criminal defense lawyer doesn’t have any reviews – good or bad, on those 3 sites you mentioned? I hired a lawyer once for a civil matter. The case is over now. I had a question about paperwork that I thought I needed to respond to before the hearing date. And he was difficult over the phone – very dismissive. He sent another attorney from his firm to the hearing for me. It turned out well. But there’s almost no information about him on the Internet, no reviews.

  5. Hello, I am seeking counsel regarding mens rea concerning any criminal case and any lack of indictment and arraignment as evidence in my favor at the prejudice to the State in any civil action should it be perceived to be required?

  6. Also verify through your state if legally allowed to practice law through their certification usually on the wall of their office. There you'll find certification number to verify any* lawyer.

  7. What it you can’t afford to hire a criminal defense lawyer and is given a court appointed lawyer for a second degree murder

  8. You only demand high wages as a defense attorneys if you’re good at getting the guilty to avoid being punished. Which is disgusting and amoral.

  9. Provided that I said nothing to the police as I don’t want the prosecution to gain any ammo in their case, and provided that I committed a misdemeanor instead of a felony, and provided that I hire a good qualified private attorney, and I asserted my rights correctly, would I be put on probation instead? Or even if I commit a less severe felony? (No murder)

  10. Right here Sir..The police came and searched my home they found paraphernalia empty residue baggies on a person of my company the officer laid everything down on my dining room table and had taking pictures of the evidence and then posted it on public media with my company's arrests and mugshots my dining room table is a mirage of pictures of all my kids growing up babies first potty training and baths etcetera so happens the pictures he took of his evidence contain naked pictures of my children I am wanting to sue the Sheriff's Department I am needing a pro bono attorney can you help me and do you think I have a child pronography case thank you and I'm looking forward to hearing back from you

  11. hi Mr. Gustitis. are defendants who are facing murder charges tend to be out of luck if they can't afford to hire their own attorney?

  12. I'm not the kind of person that gets in a lot of trouble but I call things for what they are 😐 This is how it goes. Person gets in trouble for something bad they got all kinds of mental problems no telling what. Once they go to jail they do a psychic evaluation. That's what courts do to see if a person is fit to stand trial but the thing that people don't realize is if these people are getting medicine at the jail antipsychotics mood stabilizers all kinds of stuff most of the time these medications are court ordered they don't have a choice but to take them and the courts are finding these people fit to stand trial under the influence of psych drugs but at the time the crime was committed that person wasn't on any medication. So at the time they were out of their minds but with medicine these people are now fit to stand trial. Crazy is Crazy. If you're crazy when you commit a crime then you need to be in that state of mind during the psych evaluation and court. They're trying to distinguish if these people know the difference between right and wrong. Maybe that person didn't know the difference between right and wrong at the time the crime was committed so how is it fair that they're under the influence of medication and now all of a sudden they know the difference between right and wrong. 🤔 It don't sound right to me.
