It's almost impossible not to resist, over half the police go hands on before any commands and most of the time people are thinking they are being mugged from behind or something, so my question is how do you defend in court when the officer has everyone's trust and making yoy out to be the criminal just because your in court defending yourself, for example let's say there is no video evidence on the police (which btw most police still don't have cameras even on their patrol cars) and the only evidence or testimony is the officers word, how do you defend against that?

If you don't read your state constitution. you will not see that they would have to have a warrant with an affidavit and two witnesses to arrest you and you would have 100% chance in winning in a court case. Read your state constitution they cannot arrest you for merely not obeying them they obey us.

16. When it's just a simple traffic stop. You and every other lawyer is saying that you can just roll down the windows down enough to pass information.
    Nowadays that is not working because. They immediately ordered the window all the way down.
