The American Civil Liberties Union and the Texas Civil Rights Project are suing the state of Texas over its new law, signed this week by Governor Greg Abbott, that makes illegal immigration a state crime. CBS News Texas anchor and reporter Ken Molestina has the latest on the response to the law.

CBS you forgot one big key part of this bill that you refuse to say. It's that Abbot is giving them a opportunity if caught to go back to there country of origin. Abbot never said it was going to be a free for all grab and there going strait to jail. They will first be given the choice to leave the country if caught . So CBS and the other news stations make sure you actually tell the real story first
