I constantly get comments from people saying, “If you’re innocent, just talk to the police and sort it out with them!” Let me ask you something… Do innocent people get accused of wrongdoings? Yes, they do! Even more alarming, do innocent people get wrongfully convicted? Yes, they do!
As a lawyer, there is no circumstance where I suggest talking to the police when they’re conducting an investigation. Even if they haven’t told you that you’re under investigation, don’t assume you aren’t. From the very beginning, say, “I am going to invoke my right to remain silent. I will not be answering any questions without my lawyer present.”

I don’t know if you realize this, but cops are vital part of our society just like you are. They show up to investigate a situation. That’s what they’re supposed to do.

Cop pulled me over for not using a turn signal.Idid,and then he asked me show it worked,it.He said, it's working now,I need your licence and registration,proof of insurance.

They only got to make one report today then they don't have to do nothing the rest of the day for 12 hours and get overtime cuz it takes 12 hours to fill out a report and they can lie on the report

Everyone has heard the phrase, "anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law." What they don't know is that nothing you say can be used in your defense. It's considered hearsay and not admissible. Also an interesting statistic, Federal prosecutors have a 98 percent conviction rate. 86 percent of all the evidence that will be used against you will be supplied by you.
People like you are getting people arrested because they take what you say and try to apply it in the real world. But they can't afford you when they mess up, so you are hanging them out to dry.
Comply with cops and don't a disrespectful jack wagon. Problem solved.

I got 3 years when I was 18. Pigs twisted my words and convicted me of something I didn’t do.
That was then in Massachusetts you are guilty until you prove your innocent
I got arrested for shoplifting once. The police let me go because I didn't have anything on me that was stolen. Last thing they said to me as I left? "You go to a good school, you should know better".
They were literally letting me go with no punishment because they had zero evidence of a crime, and were still talking to me as if i was guilty.
