2. Wow! By stating he “has a right to decide” he’s taking away his right of a decision he already made. He doesn’t want 10 days, he made up his mind and he wants no representation starting now.

   And I think it’s because it was a tactical decision by the witness, to fire his lawyer in order to stop the court from forcing him to testify. Now the court forces him to have a lawyer that he already fired and to continue testifying. Just because the judge will get his way, no matter what. What in the world?!!

7. I am not sure why Kayla is surprised she has to withdraw in writing to the court. When he fired her is irrelevant. There is paperwork to be filed. I am not even an attorney, but I understand that is how it works. She is on record as his attorney, so there are processes that have to be done. I am not sure how this is on the judge exactly.

   I also watched her livestream and was shocked at what she was asking him and why she even thought it was okay to ask him those questions. It made me question how competent of an attorney she is.

21. Lawyer Bumpass has been lil Woodys lawyer before over the years before she moved to TX and practices law there. Woody was trying to help her get back home. She has 2 small children and pets.
    Neither Bumpass or Woody have gag orders. They are allowed to discuss publicly most anything that has been filmed for the public. I think if she ask if the transcript was complete and Woody said no, thats ok. She knows it not also. We all knew the judge would redact parts of the ex parte meeting. Steel stated more in open court that incriminates the judge and ADA’s.

Here's the problem she may remove the judge but there will be no disarmament they're going to protect their own just like politicians do when we see these dog and pony shows called Senate oversight hearing committees where nobody ever gets charged or indicted it's just this dog and pony show to say hey look we're doing our job up here and even though there's mountains of evidence we even have a smoking gun with a video of them doing it we're not going to charge them and they're going to continue to work up here in Washington and they'll get their pensions too. The problem is woody was on Livestream,he insinuated that the transcript was altered, later in EXACT SAME LIVESTREAM Kayla said the transcript was not altered except for unimportant side notes,which contradict woody earlier comment, so when Steele call on woody to confirm it was redacted, Kayla is saying otherwise, which may poise an issue for defense

It is obvious that this Judge is not acting Judicially, in fact he is not a Judicial Judge, he is nothing more than Administrative Judge acting as a "Clerk", this Judge is not from the Judicial branch of Government, he is from the Executive branch of Government. So…. in reality this court is not a Court of Record Trial by Jury, this court is an Administrative Court Jury Trial, where the Jury decision is just an advisement to the Judge (Clerk) and the Judge (Clerk) still decides the outcome/decision, he can go against the jury decision, this court an administrative court must have both the plaintiffs and the defendants Consent to even try this case in this type of court, why would anybody agree to this kind of court when you have the Right guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution to a Court of Record Trial by Jury for any Civil or Criminal case.
