I have never liked O J Simpson even before his murder trial, I remember when he was in those 'Naked Gun' films I thought he was a thug and a woman beater pretending otherwise, so it came as no surprise to me when it was exposed that he subjected his ex-wife to verbal and physical abuse.
It is absolutely RIDICULOUS that a year after an indictment, Cannon still hasn’t set a court date.

Is there even possible to punish Trump for contempt of court for instance for breaking the gag orders? Putting him in prison seems to be very difficult hence him continuing to get away with breaking the rules of the gag order, and being able to get away with more and more bad behavior… Do you think there is a line that if he crosses that line they have no choice but to punish him?
And. Is it possible to endlessly file different things in order to push the cases further and further into the future, should there be some forms of restrictions? Especially because all this filing and all the extra time has consequences for instance when it comes to economic consequences making every case much more costly for both sides (for the Americans people)

Why is Cannonball so sensitive to any form of criticism? Calling anything ‘unjust’ is, in this setting, inappropriate! She’s just parroting Trump’s ‘Infamy! Infamy! They’ve all got it in for me!’ non-defence. She’s clearly acting under instructions (from who?) because whenever she has to think for herself she gives away how insecure she’s feeling. Calling Smith ‘unjust’ is just perverse.

Except as provided in subdivision two or three, a defendant must be personally present during the trial. 2. On motion of a defendant represented by counsel, the court may, in the absence of an objection by the people, issue an order dispensing with the requirement that the defendant be personally present at trial. Such an order may be made only upon the filing of a written and subscribed statement by the defendant declaring that he waives his right to be personally present at the trial and authorizing his attorney to conduct his defense. 3. A defendant who conducts himself in so disorderly and disruptive a manner that his trial cannot be carried on with him in the courtroom may be removed from the courtroom if, after he has been warned by the court that he will be removed if he continues such conduct, he continues to engage in such conduct.

During the OJ trial, I lived and worked in and around Laguna Beach, CA doing remodeling. Four houses away from my jobsite lived Nicole Brown's sister. I would see her leave home every morning in her dark green Jeep (my guess is that she was heading to the courthouse). Apparently Nicole's son and daughter were staying with her😊 because I would see them walking the white Akita dog. The dog who saw it all and kept his mouth shut.

Yeah. I watched the whole OJ trial (prelims–everything). That jury decided it on race. He "tried" on the glove—shrunken from being soaked in blood and then dried. Of course it was going to be smaller, and I don't know how many out there have ever tried to act like it was a struggle to put something on that fits just fine, but that is what he was obviously doing. The jurors who didn't want to convict because of who he was, used that as their crappy excuse. Prosecutor should have brought in somebody with a hand as big or bigger than OJ and had them try it on.
