19. i had my breaks lock up in my ford escape during a torrential down pour and an uber driver slammed on their breaks in front of me i hydroplaned into his rear end and there was nothing i could do. The court ruled no fault because the bar we where in front of had a street camera veiw and saw that the wreck was caused by a drunk patron side stepping in front of the uber which made him stop.
