  1. What a stupid post. You never make your point. I would never hire a lawyer who never gets to the point.

  2. I feel like that last part lost me a bit but I'm definitely interested in the giant marker.

  3. Let's say!!! Let's say something about where there(they're) hit! Dodododo I'm magic Mike and high

  4. Remember when i commented that the truth isn't what court is about, and then you argued that it is? Funny how time works.

  5. "where you able to come to a complete stop"

    "no"

    "Why not?"

"Because the police found that my, as well as several other trucks coming out of the same location had their breaks tampered with. "

    "I um… what?"

"Your the lawyer, you should have seen the police reports where it states the breaks were or were not working."

  6. So is the gotcha part to cover the truth or help to unveil the truth? This video just makes me not like this kind of lawyer.

  7. As a truck driver, that defense isn’t going to get you anywhere. Even if the breaks “fail”, why did you not discover this during your pretrip or while you were driving? You just opened the door to making you look even more incompetent.

  8. mechanical inspection of vehicle to determine any issue with brakes. then go after brake installer

  9. 1st of all the driver is at fault because he do a proper pre trip inspection, we have the Johnny break, we have sir breaks. Yes, some times truckers lose their breaks. However if they do, its always the trucker's fault.

  10. his brakes malfunctioning is irrelevant to this being his fault. he can deal with manufacturer later.

  11. That dog is F#cking guilty. Take it's license away. I don't care that he is married and just had a litter of six puppies. That bastard is done. That fluffy a$$hole.

  12. Regardless of all this testimony stuff. Their will be actual evidence if his breaks malfunctioned. Just ask the mechanic. It's much easier than trying to trick this guy into outing himself.

  13. i had my breaks lock up in my ford escape during a torrential down pour and an uber driver slammed on their breaks in front of me i hydroplaned into his rear end and there was nothing i could do. The court ruled no fault because the bar we where in front of had a street camera veiw and saw that the wreck was caused by a drunk patron side stepping in front of the uber which made him stop.

  14. Oh, your brakes malfunctioned… did your steering also malfunction??? Why didn't you slightly turn the steering wheel and avoid the collision???

  15. That's very professional of you. I wouldn't be able to avoid mentioning that the driver is, in fact, a talking dog.
Would that be considered racist, though?

  16. How big is the truck? How much weight? Was he going downhill? How did the brakes fail?

  17. Are you related to Shawn Ashmore at all? The actor who plays the Lawyer on The Rookie? You’re twins

  18. And in my if you it doesn’t really matter why you collide with someone from behind if you rear end, someone and the person doing the rear ending is the one responsible and liable for the insurance

  19. Ok so this shirt made less than zero fucking sense 😂 math head fever dream of a law short lmao

  20. In my country, it doesn't matter if it's the driver or the vehicle's fault, you'll still be found guilty of reckless imprudence resulting to whatever.

  21. I might be coming down to your area soon, to Cobb County Superior Court as a pro se petitioner/ "litigant"

  22. "Did you leave anything out?"

Oh, absolutely. Only the entirety of the laws of airbrakes, the exact mechanics of how they work, and the page full of math that proves definitively that the only 2 ways that stopping without hitting that 4 wheeler is remotely physically possible would be if the damn driver was psychic or if the 4 wheeler hadn't decided to try and force the stop after the truck was past the point of no return. But there's not a lawyer on the face of the planet that could possibly comprehend something so simple and so far beneath them, so it was omitted to soothe their astronomical ego

  23. Bad example if he's a driver and his brakes don't work. It's his responsibility to make sure everything works. It's always falls back on the truck driver.
