Please, avoid such fraudulent businesses, and for victims of fraud, you can report the scammer to the authorities , as stated in Article 378 of the Criminal Code, which describes “Whoever, with the intention of enriching himself or others illegally , by using a false name or false status, with trickery , or a series of lies, moves others to give him something, or to give him a debt or to eliminate a debt, is subject to imprisonment for a maximum of four years for fraud.”
