Trump and 18 of his allies were charged last August with racketeering in connection with a plot to subvert the 2020 presidential election results. Four of the defendants have already pleaded guilty. Trump WILL NOT escape criminal accountability. He is NOT above the law. He is scared and he is trying desperately to delay a conviction.
