Florida DUI lawyer exposes and breaks down shocking body cam footage of Florida Police and a false arrest during St. Patrick’s day in Downtown, Fort Lauderdale, FL.

In this video, criminal defense lawyer, Adam Rossen dives deep into the body cam footage where he goes over a case where our client was falsely arrested by Fort Lauderdale police after love tapping sergeant’s car. A DUI unit was called and in the police body cam footage we hear the arresting officer confused as to why they are on scene and instructs the other officers to go “find” signs of impairment to make a DUI arrest.

  1. by not suing, she is doing a disservice to the community. These cops will violate others rights knowing people are afraid to sue them.

  2. THOSE BODY CAMS REALLY BELONG TO THE PUBLIC , BECAUSE THE PUBLIC PAYS FOR THEM , SO TO DENY IS WRONG TO SENCER IS WRONG TO TURN ON AND OFF IS WRONG AND VIOLATION TO PUBLIC RECORDS

  3. I had a teacher in middle school who said, "The only difference between a person chewing gum and a cow chewing its cud was the thoughtful look on the cows face."

  4. this is a good demonstration of why qualified immunity must go.. when a cop can arrest you for a non infraction and will suffer no penalty for getting it wrong, where is his/her incentive to get it right? all they are doing is stroking their own ego.

  5. I cant imagine how badly cops are abusing marijuana smokers with DUIs….the fact that you can test positive for 30 days AFTER you stop smoking is just so open for manipulation and abuse that it needs to be addressed

  6. "Welcome to my parlor," said the spider to the fly.

Always be mindful of the fact that you reside in the Fascist States of America, where law enforcement agencies and their personnel are a little more than an organized crime syndicate engaged in domestic terrorism, and organized criminal behavior to harass, bully, detain, entrap, rob, physically attack, abuse, torture, plant evidence to frame the innocent, falsely arrest, cover up crimes, and may kill innocent Americans with impunity. This is right out of the fascist playbook.

  7. Its wild that police are able to mute, cover, or turn off body cameras. Any charges that cameras were should be thrown out. I don’t know why the police would want to turn it off if everything was legit, they would just be confirming evidence on record. Officers should also be fired when muting or turning off cameras especially in times they are not supposed to. There is literally no excuse for it. They can redact anything personal should there be an open records request for the footage, its not like the public just has instant access to police body camera footage.
