  1. The cop is totally out to get this guy IMO. I don't understand why the cop does not just do things as fairly and properly as possible. The other guy was really lucky tho since believe he was drunk. Hopefully he will not drive that way again.

  2. The cop has a conflict of interest. He should have given the other cop the opportunity to administer the test. The firefighter immediately went into defense mode as soon as he saw who had pulled him over..

  3. One of favorite humans is a firefighter, the real deal, respirator certified, like she can don the suit and walk into a flaming building. The hardest I ever heard her laugh was when I said "what do police and firefighters have in common? They both grew up wanting to be firefighters"

  4. If you think he showed signs of being impaired then I'm worried about your bar. I'll be checking that out.

  5. On the heel to toe test, most of the time I hear them say at the beginning of the directions "when I tell you to start, you will take 9…" I don't think I have heard him say it yet.

  6. Do you think our forefathers would be happy with government stooges harassing average citizens?

Excuse me sir would you get off the horse. My colleges and I would like to assess your well being 😂

That basically what redcoats did, and that didn’t work out.

  7. You never can be compelled to take a field sobriety test. Any lawyer worth a sht would know that.

  8. Cop Land cop, he should have had the other deputy complete the investigation..He knew the firefighter was dating his ex. Too many corrupt cops recently.

  9. Cops NEVER take the field test. I've seen enough cops get pulled over for DUI that refuse it to know that you should always refuse it.

  10. Field sobriety tests seems so subjective and prone to whatever the policeman mood is. I can't understand why a developed nation as US can't use a technical solution that most of the other 1st world countries use.

  11. What happens if the tests have different results? i.e. one says drunk/high the other says zero intoxicants?

  12. If you refuse, the blood test in Mexico is automatically aggravated DUI you’ve automatically lose your license for a year
