Vocabulary:
✔️sugar rush – suddenly feeling excited or full of energy after eating food containing a lot of sugar
✔️balanced diet – a diet combining the proper types and amounts of food needed to stay healthy
✔️go low – have very little of a particular thing
✔️sharp – intelligent and quick to notice and react to things
✔️batch cook – cook a lot of food at one time, then save some to eat at later meals
✔️(20 second/minutes) flat – used to mean a certain amount of time exactly, and to emphasise that something is done very quickly

I used to be a sugar rush person, but since I started working out regularly,I found it it’s easier to get rid of sugar. If I stopped hitting the gym, I would be addicted to sugar 😂once again

The question is if batch cooking, that is cooking a lot and keep it in the freezer for later use, makes wild canadian salmon and similar pruducts cheap. I donot think so, what is expensive is expensive although you fill your freezer with it you still have to buy it
