  1. Ignorance of the Constitution is a requirement for law enforcement nowadays

Improper training creating new tyrants every day

  2. More lying, ignorant, untrained, abusive, control freaks don’t know the law or their job. And too stupid and corrupt to admit it.

  3. Wow what a useless clown. Take his pension. Such a disgrace. Shameful for all cops. Disgusting…..

  4. You sworn officer's need to remember, when you violate our rights, you have committed Treason. You will be CHARGED and punished for this.

  5. If someone called the police and reported you committing suspicious activity, you do have to identify yourself. now, does your state require you to show an ID card? that depends.

  6. .There seems to be a lot of street lawyers making comments so ,here in the real world this is how it works.Reality check for you. "Sir .I have suspicions ,and your refusal to identify yourself or respond to questions gives me probable cause to believe you may be involved in recent crimes in this area .You are now under arrest and being detained for questioning, I can hold you for the next 12 hours without filing any charges whatsoever. Or You can show me your I.D and respond to questions "..Your choice. This is how old street cops handle the street lawyers everyday…Now we can go to the holding cell and have a 11 hour and 55 min talk about your rights…

  7. The DHS is an unconstitutional agency along with the ATF and both agencies should be disbanded immediately!👿💩🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷

  8. Nowhere in the US can you be ID without a crime or for a traffic infraction. Cops know this but they get a thrill out of every ID they collect.

  9. Ever since 9/11 when our government failed to protect its citizens and over three thousand people lost their lives, the government gave itself the Patriot Act (authority it was never meant to have), Homeland Security (another police department to keep us under control), and the TSA (security guard rejects used to program us to do whatever we're told). And all we got was shit like this.

  10. When a tyrant doesn’t get ID they always use disorderly conduct interference, obstruction. They can’t stand when you don’t obey and know the law!!

  11. Exercising constitutional protected rights becomes disorderly conduct because the cop's ego got bruised. Unbelievable.

  12. Release their names and departments. Let the public follow up and make sure these clowns are finally held accountable

  13. This is the US versus them mentality. They all were uniforms so they stick together against the public. They generate the hate onto themselves without thinking about the long-term outcome

  14. 1979 Brown vs Texas, 443 U.S. 47 – The Court held that to detain a person and require him to identify himself violated the Fourth Amendment because the officers lacked any reasonable suspicion to believe he was engaged or had engaged in criminal conduct.

Disorderly conduct is a bullshit catch-all that cops use and people fall victim to because they don't know that statute. Each state is different, but an underlying point for disorderly conduct usually requires the use of "fighting words" or other things like creating odors by chemical means. This guy did a good job of standing up for his rights.

  15. Pigs are such unreasonable bullies. Their primary goal is to arrest you. They care NOTHING for your safety and the truth. smh

  16. We Need This as a New Law:
When an officer violates the Constitution, he/she must either resign or go back through the academy at their expense and start the career over as a beat cop with year one salary

    Or

Surrender their pension to the person they offended.

The problem with auditors is they are not affecting change. The lawsuits are too small and most lawsuits are settled at the taxpayers expense.

  17. I think I've seen thousands of these videos where are the cops don't understand that you have to commit a crime to show ID, you're not getting my ID if there's no crime committed. And it's not a crime in itself to not show you ID just because you want it.

  18. Make stupid officers get their own insurance WHY should citizens continue to pay for their ignorance?
