  1. Thanks for sharing this!! That whole incident was kind of suspicious. Then again, I’ve been called a conspiracy theorist a few times!!

  2. My biggest question is ( and maybe I've missed it being answered) why if they were able to stop traffic, were they not able to get construction workers off the bridge ?

  3. I said it before. There are many safety procedures and protocols that must be adhered to in accordance with the laws of the state and maritime shipping in this case. I already thought it was a strange case. Such a large cargo ship that suddenly crashes into a bridge is kinda weird. It may still be an accident. You are obliged to report every miniscull error.

  4. Weren't most laws against murder drafted in the 19th century? What's so special about maritme murder?

  5. There was something fishy about this from the start – Glad there is an investigation for the sake of the victims and their families and to uncover what really happened here.

  6. LETS SEE WHAT THE FBI TURNS UP
I DONT EXPECT THEM TO DO MUTCH UNTIL ALL THE EVIDENCE FROM THE ENQUIRE IS IN
AND OF COURSE THEIR ARE MARITINE LAWS TO CHEW THE MIDNIGHT OIL OVER ALSO
BEFORE ANY CHARGES WILL OR CAN EVEN BE GRANTED
BUT THANKS FOR THE UP DATE

  7. Yes!! I LOVE this channel!! U do SUCH an incredible job of breaking down facts and telling us what's what!! Only FL man that seems nothing at all like a Florida man!! Keep up the good work!! This is my fave new channel in i don't know how long!! Thanks!! #MTNtruecrime #meidasmighty

  8. Dave, thanks for explaining this tragedy. Is there a way to circumvent archaic maritime laws in a case like this in court, since jurors (or judges) would understand they are outdated and not applicable today? Much appreciated. Annie

  9. I find maritime law fascinating. I look forward to learning a lot more about it with this investigation.

  10. The law in general is fascinating. Truthful knowledgeable lawyers are really fascinating. Rest well Florida Lawman.

  11. 48 million is enough to split amongst the families of the deceased. The bridge? They're gonna need a bigger checkbook. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

  12. Spent my life in the Merchant Marines, did not know the FBI had anyone working in this field.

  13. I would say investigating it would be common to document the incident and get the facts as people LIE! There were people who died sadly so if there’s negligence they should go to prison and pay!

  14. Bottom line, the government needs to spend tons of money to improve, modernize infrastructure systems.

  15. From what I understand, this barge had a lot of mechanical problems for a long time even while it was port so
