41. How is she supposed to get a fair trial? The system is waaay behind the times. I think the defense is flooding all media with these anti-Courtney videos. Of course, my heart goes out to Toby because he loved this sick woman and paid for it with his life. And he seemed like a great guy and a sweet, stand up type person. His life should not be ended. But he obviously thought maybe someday she’d go too far with her temper ( he was an abused man, unfortunately) and left plenty of proof behind. But evidence belongs in court, not on Social Media pre-trial. After court, then put it out once only the lawyers, court, and sentencing is over. That’s not fair.
