Friend, you need to know that you should never think of falsifying an authentic deed, let alone committing such an act. According to Article 392 (1), any person who commits forgery of a document, such as:
a. an authentic deed;
b. a bond or certificate of debt of a country or part thereof, or of a public institution;
c. shares, bonds, stock certificates, or debt certificates of an association, foundation, corporation, or partnership;
e. a letter of credit or commercial paper intended for circulation;
f. a certificate of land ownership; or
g. other securities as determined by legislation.
shall be punished with imprisonment for a maximum term of 8 (eight) years.
