Never ask for a health certificate that does not reflect your actual condition, as this poses a risk to the doctor who issues the certificate. According to Article 395, (1) Doctors who provide a certificate regarding the health or death of a person that does not reflect the actual condition, will be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 4 (four) years or a fine of up to category IV, Rp200,000,000.00 (two hundred million rupiah).
