1. Well of course the Founders did not address bump stocks…they dealt with muskets and single shot pistols

2. Guns are tools , with extremely limited uses . Therefore , the first question to ask yourself , before buying , or acquiring a gun is , what do you need a tool like a gun for ? What and where do you plan to use it for ? Next is , do you know how to store , maintain , and use it safely ? Next , do you understand your responsibility , and the consequences of not useing the tool , known as a gun for legitimate , proper reasons ? Do you understand , you can be held responsible for the inappropriate use of you gun , by anyoneone else who gets their hands on your gun ?
   I could go on for quite a while , but I am trying to say , we n😢eed to educate everyone , from children to adults , in gun safety . My family , and community did that
   Now our country needs too .

7. I strongly dislike Thomas – almost as much as I hate bump stocks and the newly discovered individual rights under the 2nd Amendment. However, the interpretation of the Administrative Procedure Act is not necessarily wrong. The Obama administration understood that a regulatory reversal on the issue of bump stops would likely be struck down and that legislation was needed. A principled argument from liberals would highlight Congressional inaction rather than a rare Thomas opinion that is not necessarily wrong.

14. I understand the hype over these bump stocks. However in actually using one they are very much a gimmick than a terrifying danger. They often malfunction, or cause the weapon to have other malfunctions due to timing issues and improper use. Quite honestly this fight is not one worth fighting. The bigger issue I see in the nation that no one seems to be dealing with is junk fees and bank fees. Card processing companies and banks are killing small business with Junk fees. Small business is the back bone of America and needs to have protections. It need to be looked into. The way things are now if I give a 50 to my barber for a hair cut he takes that fifty goes to the store buys groceries then the grocery store owner takes his family to dinner the restaurant owner takes the 50 and goes to the barber and the 50 is still a 50. With the junk fees the barber doesn’t get 50 he gets 46 the banks get 4 dollars. Then the grocer gets 42 the banks get 4 then the restaurant owner gets 38 the banks get 4. When the restaurant owner gets to the barber he only has 38 dollars not 50, so he has to pull money set aside for other things as everyone else did along the transaction line. The American People get nickeled and dimed to death and no one really seems to care. It’s so bad that restaurants have to charge you and extra 3-6 percent for your meal. That’s absolutely nuts to me. Stop the junk fees and profiteering by card processing firms and start to find ways to help the American people. Inflation is not fixed, pricing is still out of control. We need federal investigations into banks, card processing firms, big box retailers and Home owners associates piling on fees to simply live somewhere. You can’t afford groceries, a car, and a house these days. Just looked at a house this week. In 2011 it sold for 40,000 dollars. Had a couple acres of land and 2 bedroom 2 bathroom needed some minor work done to it. Just yesterday the same home with only minor remodeling is going for 150,000. The price more than doubled, thus realtors must be price gouging due the housing market exploding. Not enough homes for all the people, new home construction at an all time low due to the cost to build due to inflated pricing and price gouging. You want to fix the problems get federal investigators and the DOJ involved in that not bogus hearings on capital hill or chasing down phantoms. We can whine about trump and the corruption of the courts or maybe Biden can put on his big boy pants and do the things needed to fix the economy. We need it to be reset to be in the hands of the consumer.

20. You don't need a permit to get a bumpstock… you don't get cleared by the national registry because it's not a gun. You probably don't even need to be eighteen.

25. In most EU countries, if not all, you can not go to the shop and buy a gun , we actually find that extremely dangerous and silly ! In EU we have extremely tight rules on guns. If you want a gun , you must take specific courses and you have undertake phsyhiatrical test and you are ONLY allow to have a pistol (Glock for example) or if you are a hunter, some specific sorts of shotguns, nothing more! AK47? Forget about it, in my country if you own AK47 = 11 years in jail without discussion. USA is going nuts on guns for NO reason. Everyone of you has a gun but crime is still 100times higher than it is in the EU where we can barely afford to have a pistol under very specific rules and very tight regulations! Crazy indeed

27. Reinstating bump stocks is so crazy I can't really wrap my head around it. If you are not state and federally licensed to legally own a fully automatic weapon then you absolutely should not have one.

29. Bumpstock weren't assembled at factory that made the gun and guns don't mutate like viruses a Bumpstocks an accessory not a gun. Gun accessories include Stabilizer Braces, Bumstucks.

    The correct solution is without requiring military service you undego all things it takes to gat basis training at The United States Army to get a gun for any legitimate purpose (self defense…)

    By increases in the stiffness as many gun acquiring means as possible without requiring government service and without ending the 2nd Amendment we do better.

    Because I'm gonna tell you right now if our society and anyone else I don't care who even if it's The US Supreme Court if they keep going like this a enitire law enforcement industry feeling pressured to act like they believe accessories are something that is not an accessory is possible to be one.

    If people have to pertend a Bumpstock isn't an accessory to be a cop that is like acting like they believe it's possible for a Otterbox to be an Apple I-Phone,
