12. The legal fees should obviously be denied under the same theory that Musk's compensation was denied. It is obscene and shocks the conscience.

    How much actual time (billable hours) was spent on the lawsuit? Who hired the attorneys? The actual client should pay the attorneys' fees. Tesla didn't hire them, did they?? Therefore, Tesla has no contractual obligation to pay those fees. In the US, generally, each party pays their own attorney.

    The lawyers are framing this as found money, but it is absolutely not.

13. The lawyers have the audacity to think they are worth the cost of a single-family home every hour of work and not take the fee from their "client." The case should have been tossed out, especially when the government won't go after monopolies such as Google, Ford, Unilever, or Blackrock.
