Only mostly low income minorities has no choice but to live in Oakland, along with its crimes. The rest of rich high income lives outside of Oakland fearing their safety. At least crime has kept houses slightly low in Oakland.

It seems like all we have to do is hire more cops. And that will solve all of the problems, right?
