  12. In Henry county Alabama they charge $500 for any court appointed attorney, i had 2 different ones and they charged me $1,000,
    My court case ended up being dismissed and not by any court attorney, the court costs $2400 for this case which was dismissed, this isn't our court system, its the police, judge's and prosecutors court so they don't have to get a real job.

  13. Can my case be dismessed because the cop ignored my right to counsel when I asked for a lawyer and he said all I have to do is give u a phone book, although I informed the officer my lawyers number is in my cell phone not on your local phone book?
