"Cops don't like attorneys," except when they're giving them qualified immunity or deciding not to prosecute when they break the law. Then attorneys are wonderful.
Easy case the cop won't show up
What you all fail to realize is that you can make it worse for yourself by not responding in a manner that doesn’t incriminate you. Instead of getting a ticket for a speed less then what you were doing you now get a speeding ticket for the speed that he clocked you at. I’m always courteous to police officers and only get warnings. Just saying
I stop right in the middle of the road or street. I had a gun pulled on me once for not stopping soon enough.
Maybe have your seat belt on?
The officer has no obligation to speak to your lawyer outside of court.

Honestly, I dont really think this cop did anything wrong. I also think that the driver did the right thing by not answering questions. This guy is on I94 east heading into WI from MN. There are often crashes on this stretch and people do go 80+.

Its not about what the cop is saying at that moment whats important is that your wrong no matter what.
If they had an outside speaker that could be legal to have int he outside of the car, to speak to the police without rolling down the window and them saying they can't hear you, they'd have no excuse of there is a speaker so the lawyer can speak to them outside the vehicle. Removes "I smell something" too?? I dunno. This app is fantastic though
