Thanks for all the insights on Alex Morris. And yes, I agree — his expertise in appeals will definitely be useful after Rashbaum gets Donna convicted. The only wild card is whether the jury will even leave the courtroom to deliberate. Is it possible for them to just stay in their chairs and say they don't need deliberations?

Rashbaum's assumption that Donna's interest won't eventually conflict with Charlie's seems way too optimistic to me. What if it looks like that ridiculous defense theory won't fly any better this time? Also even if she plans to validate his basic defense argument, defending her may require undermining him in other ways.
Sometimes I miss the “bad” weather in Tally…you know, days like today..with 12 inches already on the ground (even taking trash 8ft this morning turned into an adventure 😂 ) I WILL say, with 2 stress fractures, falling into a 5ft snow drift of blissful white powder enveloping my very swollen legs..I didn’t want to move. 😂. My neighbors and garbage collectors have gotten used to my strange proclivity for large snow banks. I made a deal with the garbage collector-help me with my trash and I’ll bake his wonderful family several dozen chai cookies and a large plate of pecan squares. “Don’t you have those nuts down south?” (My mind swam with what he might mean by that statement 😂). They happily took the deal as long as I don’t use the always stale pecans at Dave’s Super Duper. Luckily, a friend sends me a fresh bag every Christmas from home. Shortly after my early morning physical therapy in a snow bank; it started snowing…again. It was supposed to be rain; constant warnings of floods went off as we accumulated yet another 4-5 in before the rain started. It hasn’t stopped. It’s OK, it’s all turning to ice tomorrow night. This is a strange winter.
Going to go try and collect some snow for Dr Kitty Leela’s pool. She plays with it at night, then wakes me up, slapping me with frigid paws, demanding I turn my…our…heating pad on. She’s a Maine Coon, she LIVES for her snow days. Speaking of which, despite this area being accustomed to this kind of weather; all my appointments were canceled for at least the next 2 days.. 🤷🏼♀️
I keep hoping to see one of my classmates in these courtrooms…but I think they’re mainly tax, property and corporate law attorneys.
The same attorney that got Charlie off with a life sentence seems like a great choice for his mom. Maybe he can work a miracle and get them in the same prison for life?
Good choice by Donna of this Tallahassee lawyer. He’ll do the closing at her trial even though Charlie fancies Rashbaum as a “closing specialist”. Rashbaum’s closing at Charlie’s trial was lame, not very persuasive.
Wether they win or lose Dan gets paid.
Are they going to claim attorney/client privilege to stop heir discussions about them fleeing from coming in? Can they?
Hopefully co defense will be a tad softer than Dan who wanted be a Rottweiler but came off as a poodle. Edited for typo

They’re going to fight tooth and nail to have the judge rule that jail call as inadmissible. Not to mention she was arrested at the airport. There’s NO WAY AROUND THESE FACTS
So firstly..why can we see the jury in this video of Donna's new lawyer in a trial in Leon County in 2018..since when do we see the jury? Secondly…Dan Rashbaum will be on the States witness list because he advised his NON CLIENT at the time..now he is..when she was fleeing…and he will have to leave her case..how stupid is Donna?? Unreal!!
