19. My filipina fiancee and I were married online in 2020. I am us citizen we were both together in Michigan at the time and had marriage ceremony performed online via zoom with a Utah officiant–officiant and witnesses were physically in Utah. . Michigan says our marriage not valid because all parties to ceremony were not present physically in Michigan at time of ceremony. Utah says yes you are married. Immigration has an exception if place where couple is located when married objects to marriage. So are we married or nor please?
