  10. I feel my wife used me to be US citizen. There is no love and she is very vocal about her hate for our marriage but she doesn't want to divorce. We are going to be 2 years this month and I want to divorce because I'm miserable. She threatens to send me to jail or ruin my life when I mention divorce please help me. I don't want problems with her.

  11. Hello sir PLEASE HELP recently my spouse came IR1 visa to the US ..never saw her ,I m getting a divorce ,is she is good to stay or can I withdraw the process ?

  12. I left my soon to be ex husband 4-5 months after getting his conditional green card. We got a kitten and she was a crazy little thing and it led to me mentioning I was ready for a baby. He told me we were not having kids. I thought he was joking. Long story short. He decided he did not want kids. Sometimes he said he never want them and hoped I would never either even though he knew. Others he said he never wanted kids because of how his dad was with him. In a nut shell I left, and filed for divorce. We did not have much more evidence for immigration other than the kitten, and me wanting more from the relationship house shopping and talk of babies. What happens with immigration, will they come look down on me if they deny him his 10 year? Marriage was bona fide. I was devastated by this news. I only ever wanted one marriage. I left everything behind.

  16. My filipina fiancee and I were married online in 2020. I am us citizen we were both together in Michigan at the time and had marriage ceremony performed online via zoom with a Utah officiant–officiant and witnesses were physically in Utah. . Michigan says our marriage not valid because all parties to ceremony were not present physically in Michigan at time of ceremony. Utah says yes you are married. Immigration has an exception if place where couple is located when married objects to marriage. So are we married or nor please?
