  1. I know he is guilty but I hate the way this judge based her ruling upon a very ambiguous question. The law is a joke and a fraud upon humanity. I know, without a doubt that one day their fate will be based upon a similar ambiguous question. God will be their judge.

  2. Ahhhhh, thee ol one step to far Poot. Yr arrogance and lesson for rhe day – u just down trou'ed youself in open court! A thing of beauty to watch! Great show thanks from NZ.🎉

  3. Has anyone considered that the forces for Murtaugh managed to flip this one juror? The second affidavit that she wrote to clarify and I also have a question about these are her feelings after 6 months not at the end of the trial. I feel I like something is fishy here with this juror

  4. I watched some of the trial. I live in Upstate South Carolina. I do not know the politics of Colleton County. The reputation of SLED is atrociously crooked. I always thought the defense was corrupted with Harpootlian. There was and is too much pressure to convict and deny a retrial. Perhaps there was a monetary considerationinvolved in a retrial. In other words, I think Harpootlian in included to throw the trial in favor of the state.

  5. Thank you so much for this clarification! I thought Mr. Harpootlian was trying to withdraw his comment to the judge, therefore I didn't understand why she overruled it.

  6. When you win or it looks like you are about to win, shut up! From a 35 year practicing attorney, shut the hell up. Poot impeached his own witness that helped him, and ultimately his client.

  7. It's just so strange, it seems like a misstep a law student would make. Not someone so experienced. I thought maybe he was having a mini stroke. It's just so bizarre.

  8. The old harpoon screw this up just like he screwed up everything in the trial. He should have stopped practicing law 15 years ago

  9. Poot is very lucky that Murdaugh is still locked up! Hah! And he just keeps on digging his own grave (speaking metaphorically)!

  10. Poot cannot resist any opportunity to speak, especially in crucial situations. He committed the same crime in the original trial. Oh, Poot!

  11. I believe she was really only pressured by the jurors and that is fine they’re supposed to deliberate and debate which is fine.

  12. I doubt Alex’s attorneys like him even a little bit. Alex is broke, so how is he getting paid? He probably wants Murduck out of his life, and the best way to do that is put his butt back in prison. WHERE HE BELONGS.

  13. They did the same thing when in the first trial asked the wrong question that let all the financial records in!!

  14. “Why are you doing this”…exactly! I closed my eyes when he was walking to the Judge WITH the affidavit. Why wouldn’t he consult his CLIENT 🤦‍♀️

  15. I have always wondered if Harp’s friendship with the Murdaugh family (including his wife) has made less than a good attorney for Alec. Yes, he is the attorney for Alec but he also wants justice for his friend who was murdered.

  16. To me, defense is making it seem like juror Z may have said that on the affidavit but after we “talked” with her, she now believes it was the clerk of court who made her vote guilty. 🤨

  17. I think this juror has good intentions and is being honest in the moment, but she seems very susceptible to being swayed by the last person she listened to attentively. (I totally could be wrong, just an impression.) If my impression is correct, nobody will ever know with certainty what she was thinking, when.
