1. One point, I believe McLeland kept mentioning Rozzi with respect to the theft of documents because he’s trying to justify disqualification of Both Attorneys.

2. Show the damned photos! Hiding them is an insult to the people, the victims, and the victim's' friends and family.

   We are all adults here, true crime aficionados, , so I really don't think we would be shoked forever if we saw how fake the CourtTV BS fake news really is.

3. It's as if the judge is intentionally preventing the case from moving forward in order to give law enforcement and/or prosecutor's time to beef up their case. If she doesn't recuse herself, you can bet RA will win a new trial on appeal. And should he be found innocent, he'll sue the state for every penny it's got, including Gull, law enforcement and prosecutor. Stupid move on Gull's part – whatever it is she thinks she's doing.

4. All parties are unethical and sloppy here. Allen is likely guilty, but he won’t get a fair trial there.

At first, i did not question them when they said richard did this, but enough probable cause has been raised that it made me question things, then when the police and judicial system started having all these crazy problems i REALLY question if there is an innocent man being tortured in this system and the monster(s) who did this arent running around free. 17. Watching Replay. This is such nonsense. Judge Gull has her panties in twist again. Why the Indiana SC did not remove her from the case, when they reinstated the Defense team, is beyond me. I did notice she had 1 or 2 strong supporters on that SC. She is just as nasty and totally incapable of being impartial in this case. Her friendship alone with the Lead Prosecutor reeks of corruption. This whole case stinks and once again takes the focus off of the Victims. Something needs to be done. If I was a resident, I would be on the warpath or a letter writing campaign. This case stinks 😡

34. Justice is not being served in this case. Wether RA is guilty or not, he deserves a fair trial, and his choice of legal counsel. It’s become quite clear the judge needs to recuse herself, like the first judge did immediately, which is also curious. There’s definitely skullduggery afoot.
