He needs to serve his time and get everything that is coming to him. Why take her family through this again?!? My family had to endure 3 trials of a murderer who killed my uncle. The first two trials ended with guilty verdicts and the last one ended with a not guilty verdict. Took my family through hell.

9. He had a horrible defense. Also Georgia allows all kinds of prejudicial stuff in . He is guilty and had no explanations at all. Wonder what was excluded

15. The defense in this case had a very difficult case and they played the hand they were dealt about as well as they possibly could have. Anyone who has ever done criminal defense knows this, the rest of you all are merely trolls who really do not know what you are talking about.

26. It amazes me that so many people on here are commenting as if they know any REAL details about this case. Tracy Drake is an excellent attorney and so is her husband. She has been practicing law for many years now and has a very successful practice. She is a good human being. She worked with what she had to work with- which wasn’t very much. She gave excellent legal representation to her client. I’m proud to call her my friend.

28. I missed opening arguments. Did not know this defense attorney stated she did not like sitting next to her client, but she cashes the checks. This defense attorney is a very bad representative for our rights. She missed key objections, never brought character witnesses to stand, never questioned detective Carter why she was suggestively touching Bryant during interview, I don’t think Bryant was read his Miranda rights. I could go on and on.
    Verdict was correct
    Our Constitution requires all cylinders to run for it to work. Police, attorneys, judges and everyone in between

29. The real crime here is that haircut on an older woman. 😮

30. The case was unbeatable. His attorneys knew there was two much evidence, plus his defense also has family members and children. Could they live with themselves knowing they put this back on the streets.

31. She knew he was guilty from the information she received through discovery. Her defense made no sense. She should have convinced him to plead guilty. 🤷🏽‍♀️

33. If he gets an appeal for ineffective counsel I won’t be surprised. The opening statement was terrible and it went downhill from there.

36. Miles is not good under pressure. Even back in school if the teacher called on him and he wasn’t listening he would stutter and get flustered. Him testifying would’ve made things 10x worse much much worse

If he didn't rape her another reason why he could have taken her close is so they couldn't identify her because they knew what she had on and his DNA was on the clothes and I feel if you know your innocent or if it was an accident I would have testified and told the truth! So to me that made him look guilty by him not speaking on what happened that night and her mom deserved to hear from his lips what happened 😢
