  1. Well I had the cops kick in the door at a rental that was having a party late ( 2 or 3 am). Disturbing the peace is breaking the law. I don't know if they h
Had a warrant but the party had drugs & they went to jail. I didn't find out till I went by to see why they hadn't paid rent.

  2. Ready don't answer the door shut your lights off and they will leave they come for noise complaint. They can't do dick they can't enter your home or property. And if thet do it's a law suit.

  3. Dude I’ve had them saying we have a warrant blah. Leah police department. We just don’t answer. They never knocked the door down. The type of warrant dictates what they can legally do to obtain their objective. Let them do that. Don’t make it easy. And if they damage property on the way in. They have to pay for it. Because excessive force is excessive force.

  4. Why does saying not opening the door a problem? Wtf I can damn well say who I want or not in my house and I will say it to the cops face they ate not welcome into my house and they are not coming inside, and if im not at the door, I'm telling the person who answers my door to shut it, or not answer it. I will never trust a cop again for as long as I live.

  5. I always thought we had to open the door but after stumbling on these auditor videos I will be opening nothing! Probably goint to stay completely silent and not say anything. Are we able to completely ignore them?

  6. Nothing wrong with saying don't open the door. Nothing would be compounded. They would just have to leave if they have no warrent.

  7. Your home is your castle it’s private property. You do not have to answer the door to the police .If the police have a warrant they’re gonna come in no matter what don’t help them it will never work out for you
