  1. Thank you giving so muxh air time to Andrew Weissman and Neal Katyal. They provide clear explanations of complex issues with dry wit. First-class men, both of them.

  2. The msdnc gang has been telling us, "we got em this time", for eight years.
I'm calling my bookie and telling him to let it all ride on Not Guilty. 💲

  3. I bet his lawyers have laced his diet coke to make him sleepy. They might need to up the dose to stop him from testifying.

  4. He will not testify- it is JUST CLICK BAIT – he thinks everyone talking about me is free publicity. SAME STRATEGY AS 2016

  5. He has the right to testimony and he says he will! It's judicial suicide! Trump will incriminate himself! But, Donald "the Serpent" is insane! He will harm himself! His lawyers are unable to make him not loose. He is the biggest loser! A clear and present danger! 🐍

  6. Why are this a discussion ? Can we count how many times he and his "lawyer" said he willl take stand then chicken out again and again.

  7. Trump has another opportunity to lie, as he normally does, by saying he will testify, …….and then do what he does best, lie by not taking the stand.

  8. Andrew and Neil should have their own program. They could call it "Legal Briefs, a look at the lighter side of crime"

  9. Heyya MSMBC your app add at the end of all your news segments doesn't make me want to watch your youtube content. It's extremely off-putting and you need to cut it pronto.

  10. Trump said he would testify. So that means there is no chance he will testify. In the final hour he will do what he always does – he will say the trial is rigged, he will say that he wanted to testify but they wouldnt let him, and he will say it was a witch hunt.

  11. Sort of diner counter underworld rechews. Talent used redundantly? What is the national debt today? Will you report that Trump demanded a 5% tithe from all GOP candidates campaign funds if
they use his name or photo?

  12. The main stream media better pray to Jesus that Trump is not convicted of anything because, if he goes to jail, they will have NOTHING to talk about anymore so they will all be in the unemployment line.

  13. Trump will pretend he will testify, but will instead spew some word salads without ever answering the questions, just to show the jury that he is willing to take the stand. Lock him up!!

  14. Weissmann is one of the most morally corrupt lawyers in Washington! He was guilty of major misconduct in the Enron case for intimidating witnesses! Even more egregious – Weissmann’s pit bull 'win at all costs' tactics unfairly sent four Merrill Lynch executives to prison! Their convictions were later overturned by a federal appellate court! Weissmann also destroyed the former accounting firm of Arthur Andersen by pursuing a phony criminal case. The Supreme Court eventually overturned it UNANIMOUSLY, but not before thousands of employees had lost their jobs!

  15. Nobody I know thinks Trump will get a fair trial in heavily Democrat NY esp. wth a judge who is def. anti-Trump! But the campaign records charges are a farce that the DA's predecessor and both the FEC and the U.S. attorney declined to prosecute! Hillary paid $12-million through a law firm to former British spy Christopher Steele to fabricate the Trump Russia dossier and tried to hide it as a campaign legal expense. And she was not charged!

  16. He won't testify. All show.
He is mortified by all this. Why wouldn't he be shaking in his socks.? Has much to fear because he knows he's a fraud and is about to reap the consequences.
I don't think he'll wriggle his way out of this one.

  17. Autocrats always think they know more than the experts due to the very narcissism that fuels the charismatic persona upon which their power rests. And, in pure karmic irony, it always bites them in the end.
