  1. I don't like dancing, it helps you unwind maybe, but, if you are shy, its effect is the opposite, you feel ridiculous and harmless, in front of other people who look at you

  2. It's been years since I last danced. When I was younger, around in my 20s, I used to go to discos to dance to different kinds of music, and remember having relished those moments. I stil do, but when I (try to) dance it feels weird because I seem to have forgotten how to move at all 🙃. So I prefer to play "Just Dance" and follow dance routines; for now it's eaiser than moving my body on my own 😂.

  3. In my case, any chance I get I'll dance. I have felt the twitch through my whole life, maybe because I am from Latin-America

  4. My story:
My grandmother ‘s going to reach her 80 next month, but she’s always full of vitality. She freaking love hitting the dance floor, she’s an significant inspiration to me to reach out of my comfort zone.Boogieing is also an effective way to me to release all my stress or anger.whenever my grandmother’s dancing , i couldn’t help laughing , how’s cute . I just try to suppress a smile , but my grandma still see the corner of my mouth twitch.especially , whenever i was sitting on the fence , my grandma always give me an advise that”just do what you to do” .

  5. I usually sit on the fence when my wife asks me to go to dance because she does it like nobody’s business but I’m all fingers and thumbs 😂

  6. Oh, you can dance, you can jive

Having the time of your life

Ooh, see that girl, watch that scene

    Digging the dancing queen…

  7. I used to hate dancing because I thought that I've got two left feet, and many people said that whenever I danced, it looked like I was doing a dad dance, (or mom dance ?). After I listen to this episode, I'm going to take some dancing courses.

  9. Hello panel! Im well-known and it's been extremely fascinating about knowing dance that certainly eversingle individual prefer " dancing" but in regular occasions each of us only think about it but when somebody else feel leisure and having unwind he should be prefer a dancing due to its releasing a sadness and certain displeasing upfront so when we stuck with an unhappy situation trying to get some breath out of us and go for a walk when we feel distressful condition eventually 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤

  10. Although Dr. Lovatt said " the very first thing to do, I would suggest, is to lay on your bed with your eyes closed.." I think 'lie' is correct verb but not lay, isn't it?

  11. Sophie doesn't like hitting the dance floor, so she avoids throwing shapes at all costs. However, Miles, Sophie's friend, boogies like nobody's business and always tries to encourage Sophie to strut her stuff. Miles keeps telling Sophie that dancing is a release and can also help her brain. For a few weeks, Sophie has sat on the fence, deciding whether to dance. Finally, she felt a twitch when listening to pop music and started dancing. From then on, she has been boogieing ever since.

  12. I enjoyed watching this video and listening to you. I do love dancing a lot.🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤
