6. One would think that attorneys, especially prosecutors know the law in their jurisdictions. The fact that Fani didn't record the receipts she purportedly repaid Wade via cash and not check or cash app shows they she is too cute by half and this alone will remove her from the case. But claiming that attorney Merchant lied without any proof of her own, shows that Merchant is right on target and able to prove that this case was fraught with problems from the beginning. Why visit Biden justice officials? Why not tell the others in HR of her relationship with Wade which she neglected to do! By the way, what about her promise to not sleep with people in her office? There are so many things wrong with this case I will be surprised if it is not completely thrown out.

7. Fani is making her closing argument as is she was speaking directly to a jury while she is being questioned, why is she allowed to form a complete scenario while responding to questions. Appears the judge is positioning Fani as if she is the prosecuter.

14. As a reporter she sounds more like a gossip columnist, especially the way she interjects her personal comments. Personally I don't think think it should not matter if they do have a relationship and when it started. From what I understand Wade had been a well known successful prosecutor with a lot of experience prior to this and is being paid an amount commensurate with the position , and has thus far proved his competence. What this has to do with the case is beyond me. just an attempt to muddy the waters.

The question is whether the relationship presents a conflict of interest that impacts the defendants and while it may present ethics issues it doesn’t compromise the defendants’ rights to a fair trial. Even relationships between defense and prosecuting attorneys do not rise to that level in Georgia. More BS intended to delay justice for these criminals.
