12. Every State DOES NOT have Castle Doctrine. New Jersey for example you are expected to jump out a second story window if necessary. California is almost as bad. I know this for an ABSOLUTE FACT because I've faced those charges personally for defending my House. Wisconsin however in particular had a very strong Castle Doctrine. I knew a dude there that had a Junkie trying to kick down his down and he decided to open his door, put two knives in dude's chest, and close the door. Got off Self Defense. Every state is different. I got extraordinarily lucky with my case that dude had a gun and fired at me before I got him and luckily didnt even up killing him.

Maybe it's just me being ignorant about the specific history in certain areas between certain people, but man, petty gang wars like this are cringe as fuck, and losing life to something like that is just saddening. They're all fighting each other instead of showing solidarity with people who live a similar life in similar conditions and should be able to relate and fighting the fights that need to be fought. Like band together, work together, go out on the street and fight/protest the mechanisms of structural marginalization that is responsible for your living situation in the first place. And worst of all they have to chase the clout while doing so and can't even have just a little sense of self-preservation.
