A friend was recently arrested at her home for violating her felony probation. The charge was that she was not inside her house at 9 pm curfew . She was sitting in a car in her driveway with a friend. The car was within the residence boundaries . Do felony probation rules state that she has to be in the house by 9 pm or does being on the property qualify?
