Fantastic explanations! Finally someone that can "dummy down" terms, and expressively repeat terms and subjects from multiple angles in a manner that makes sense! This is the third video I've seen tonight on Actus Reus, Mens Rea, and Causation from this presenter that I can actually articulate and make sense of! Instead of these law school students and professors using law jargon to make themselves look smart, this presenter utilizes these terms, but then gives multiple variances and meanings which really make the information "click". Glad I found this, great job, keep up the wonderful videos!
